Can Nevalto connect to our club's existing court floodlights and heating?

Yes. Via our native Loxone Miniserver integration, Nevalto interfaces directly with standard contactors, relays, and DMX/DALI lighting controllers. You do not need to replace existing light fixtures or rewiring; Nevalto connects to the relay controller via local IP or secure cloud gateway to turn lighting and climate on/off automatically with bookings.

How does the Bexio accounting integration work with Swiss QR-bills?

Nevalto automatically generates Swiss QR-bills (with QR-IBAN and reference) for court rentals, memberships, and stringing services. Payments received are matched in real time, and settled transactions are posted directly to your Bexio chart of accounts with correct VAT codes, eliminating manual spreadsheet reconciliation.

Do players need to install an app to unlock doors with Salto or 2N?

No app download is required. Players can receive a time-restricted PIN code via booking confirmation SMS/email, tap their smartphone using Apple Wallet or Google Wallet NFC passes, or scan a dynamic QR code at the 2N or Salto entry terminal. Native mobile app unlocking is also supported for regular club members.

Can we keep our existing retail POS hardware and payment terminals?

Yes. Nevalto certified integrations support Becash mobile and countertop payment terminals across Switzerland, as well as Lightspeed POS hardware. Barcode scanners, cash drawers, and receipt printers remain fully operational while transactions sync seamlessly into Nevalto.

What happens to door locks and court lights if the club internet connection drops?

The integration architecture is fail-safe and locally resilient. Both Unifi Access controllers and Loxone Miniservers store access schedules and upcoming booking triggers on local controller memory. Even during an internet outage, players with valid credentials can enter and court lighting schedules execute without interruption.

Can our developers build custom integrations using the Nevalto API?

Yes. Nevalto provides an enterprise RESTful API and webhook subscription engine documented via OpenAPI 3.0. Enterprise clubs and federation partners can stream booking events, player metrics, and financial records into custom internal dashboards, SAP, or Microsoft Fabric data lakes.
